General Policy

The general policy applies to all items that are not live plants. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a return can be initiated, less the cost of the original shipping charge within 14 days of receiving your items. Products must be in new and unopened condition, with all original packaging materials. Items must be prepaid and sent to Thoughtful Garden. Any items that have been opened or used may result in a restocking fee.

If you received damaged items, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your items for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Plant Policy

Plant policy includes all plants with the exception of air plants (please see below for air plant policy). We do not offer refunds on live plants. Only live plants that have been severely damaged during shipment will be eligible for a store credit. Please email hello@thoughtfulgarden.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order and include a photo of your damaged plant.

We are not responsible for any damage done to plants during freezing temperatures. However, we strongly encourage you to purchase a heat pack at checkout.

Air Plants

Air plants are backed by a 30 day guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the health of your plant reach out to hello@thoughtfulgarden.com and include a photo of your air plant. We do not offer refunds on live plants but will issue a store credit.

Air plants may be shipped when they are (or are not) in bloom and depends on availability. Therefore, this policy does not cover bloom cycles in plants.

We are not responsible for any damage done to plants during freezing temperatures. However, we strongly encourage you to purchase a heat pack at checkout.
